Tactics Research About Cyber-marketing Of Our Enterprises

In the new century, human beings stepped into e-business age with Internet's support. Marketing management of an enterprise transforms its model into Cyber-marketing. China's entering WTO means that the enterprises in our country are faced with more ardent competition from marketing. But many of our enterprises have not the pressing sense of stepping into Internet, which restricts the enthusiasm that enterprises develop Cyber-marketing. Furthermore, the lack of academic and practical knowledge about cyber-marketing in the enterprises radically hinders the step of their Cyber-marketing.With remarking on the conception and characteristics of cyber-marketing, the essay analyzes the theoretical groundwork of Cyber-marketing, expounds the present cyber-marketing situation in China and internal and external problems that Chinese enterprises are facing, put forward the characteristics of the Internet comsumption and the chief factors those affect the Internet customer's purchase behavior, and stresses several strategies of Cyber-marketing that suit for Chinese enterprises, such as strategies of satisfying customer's needs, cost, the convenience of customer's purchase, mutual communication between custmers and enterprises and investigation of Cyber-marketing . Among them the author takes many cases to prove the feasibility, effectiveness and urgency of strategies of Cyber-marketing in Chinese enterprises.In short, the Internet technology is making fast progress and the applying scope in business is getting wider. In this paper, the author only states her own understanding, puts forward some suggestions on possible countermeasures for our enterprises and expects that it will be of help to the enterprises in our country.
