The compensation system is an important polity file of human capital administration in a unit. It is the representation of the standardization and process of the units compensation administration. A reasonable compensation system can make a medical unit control its cost at the same time. It can improve the degree of its personnel satisfaction. Because the medical units are directly related to human life. Their personnel have to face more risk and responsibilities than those people who take other professions. They are often in the state of high pressure. The specialists' reputation and capabilities influence the economics of the whole units. The shortage of specialists' also leads to the increasing of their values. But they do not get more returns. It is clear that it is unreasonable between what they give and what they gain. The un-reasonability leads to the outflow of the advanced talents and the occurrence of the "gray salary". The thesis firstly generalizes and summarizes national and international compensation theory and system. And then, through the analysis of the current state of the compensation system in the national medical units, it finds out the problems of the compensation system in our national medical units and probes its reasons and design the pattern of the compensation system for our national medical units. Finally, it introduces the current state of the compensation system reform and puts forward the pertinent measures.
