The competition among enterprises is the competing for the excellent employees in the finial analysis. When confronted with progressive competition in market environment, the key for acquiring competition advantage is how to attract, attain and fully exert human potential in existence in enterprise by designing, maintaining and adjusting inner human resource management system, especially the compensation management system.This paper studies NJCM Photo Electricity Technology Limited Company, aims to the problems existing in the compensation management of the company, manages theories and technologies of modern human resource management development, tries hard to explore and build a compensation management system which are suitable for the company and rivalrous to exterior market environment.Aiming to the problems existing in the compensation management process in NJCM Photo Electricity Technology Limited Company, this paper design principled and instrumental strategies below: establishes the ideas on total compensation and broad banding compensation management, upgrades the compensation management by performance appraisal so that link the two together, improves proportion of performance compensation in the whole compensation so that achieves the goal of motivating and manoeuvring positivity of the employees; perfects the compensation management system of the company by establishing multi-channel occupation development system for the employees and pluralistic compensation management system as well as self-help dinner welfare system; combining the ideas of total compensation and broad banding compensation as well as performance appraisal as a foundation, designs the compensation structure scheme for NJCM Photo Electricity Technology Limited Company , sets up the narrow sense compensation special section for strategic employees.
