Nowadays, in knowledge-based economy ages, the business enterprise obtaining the talented person's competition has the key to win. As the most important part of the human resources management, compensation management has the function of attracting, maintaining and spiriting the high quality human resources needed. So , compensation management is a critical factor. In recent years, business enterprises in our country attached importance to the compensation management. Yet, evolution could not keep up with the development of the ages, especially for the middle and small-size enterprises. This paper selected a small scale enterprise run by private capital , RRK corporation, study and design its compensation system, completely discussed the important role of compensation management and concrete application of compensation theories in the business enterprise, it have got realistic values for improving human resources management level in middle and small-sized enterprises.
