Initially, it is only a little-known housing company subordinated to Changchun Municipal Real Estate Bureau. But it dares the fierce competitions in the market, and gradually grows up to a famous large enterprise group through continuous innovations in management. The thesis applies the life cycle theories and enterprise environment theories to expound the necessity of innovation in enterprise management, pointing out that only through continuous innovation in management, can the enterprise make sustainable development.Finally makes an analysis of the contradictions CXG are facing in its operation, as well as the influences of these contradictions to the development of the enterprise. As the author points out, CXG shouldn't evade these contradictions in its developing progress. Only by solving them creatively, can the enterprise make greater development. Puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems in view of the contradictions CXG is facing. To change the over-weighted state-holding structure, property reform is necessary to realize the pluralized form of property, so as to arouse the enthusiasm of the higher executives. To solve the problem of insufficient funds in development, the Group should make full use of private capitals. Concentrate forces to less business areas, following a specialized way of development as the cure of the negative influences of diversified operation.The author especially puts forward four modes of innovation that maybe helpful to CXG's real estate management. Like many other state-owned enterprises, CXG is not only encountering problems of system, of properties and funds, but also the problem of management innovation. Each enterprise has its own specific situations, the ways and emphases of their innovations are all different from each other. Under the circumstances of market economy, enterprises have to adapt themselves to the ever-changing market environment, striving for survival and development through competition. Therefore, management innovation becomes their inevitable choice in reality.
