Changchun is the first city to build railway transit in China.In the year of 2017 and 2018,Changchun have finished Line 1 and Line 2,which were part of the network of railway transit in this city.What's more,more routes are on the way to connect every corner of Changchun.So,with the rapid development of it,advertisement of railway transit emerged,and also,as a new way of advertisement,it does have more advantages compare with outdoor advertisement.The goal of my essay is to give advice for the operation of Changchun Rail Traffic advertisement department,by analyzing the effects of their advertising.In order to get the results,I have taken conversations with all kinds of people,questionnaire survey and other methods.I have done carefully research on the articles and statistics of city railway transit advertisement all around China,I found that except Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,nearly all the other were at a loss.I categorize the reason including Changchun Rail Traffic Corporation in three reasons.Firstly,the profit can't cover the rent expense.Secondly,for the external environment of Changchun Rail Traffic Corporation,the market share had been shriven.Thirdly,for the internal environment,the advertising run of Line 1 and Line 2 were not ideal during recent 3 years.So,my research is meaningful not only for the operation for Changchun Rail Traffic Corporation advertisement department,but also for the whole industry in China.
