Sustainable development is a new concept put forward in the 1980s. It has been first expatiated in Our Common Future by World Commission on Environment and Development (WCED) in 1987, which received extensive common understanding by the international community.Realty business is the basic industry of our national economy and a new economic growth point. Its status and functions are fully reflected in all aspects of development of social economy; its development involves a series of sustainable development problems of social economy such as utilization of land resource, environment protection and population growth as well as their rights guarantee.
