Enterprises must face the fact and challenge of the globalization of the procurement, production and distribution in the 21st century, which makes logistic activities more important and complicated. In order to adapt to the globalization and competition, it is necessary for the enterprises to improve the efficiency of logistic performance and explore the method of professional logistic management and service. Meanwhile, the enterprises begin to concentrate on the logistic management. Aimed to gain advantage in the competition, they try to set up a comprehensive logistic performance evaluation system to improve the efficiency and management. Therefore, we undertake research on the logistic performance assessment system so as to provide some reference and help for the enterprise.There are five chapters in this paper. The development of the logistic performance evaluation is discussed in the first chapter and the research purpose of this paper is put forward.The logistics of the manufacture enterprise is introduced in the second chapter including the definition of the logistics, enterprise logistics, actual logistic activities of the enterprise and basic character of the logistics. Then the situation of the manufacture enterprise logistic management is analyzed.In the third chapter, the advanced performance evaluation theory of balanced score card is introduced including its advantages over other methods.The fourth chapter is the innovative part of this paper. The methods of balanced score card are used in evaluating the performance of the manufacture enterprise logistic system. The principle to set up the enterprise logistic system is discussed in the first part of this chapter. The reason to choose this method is analyzed in the second part. The preconditions of the balanced score card are explained in the third part. The fourth part focuses on the guideline to establish the manufacture enterprise logistic evaluation according to the four aspects of finance, clients, internal process and innovation and learning. The determination of the weight of each index in the methods of balance score card and the overall evaluation of enterprise logistics are discussed in the fifth, sixth and seventh part of this paper, respectively. The problems that may be encountered in the balanced score card is summarized in the eighth part.Finally, fussy evaluation method, which is typically low cost, is used in the performance evaluation.
