The securities industry has the characteristics of intelligence-intensive and capital-intensive,it is a high-risk and high-yield industry.For long-term development,the securities companies should make a performance evaluation plan in accordance with the external environment and the actual situation of themselves to achieve a dynamic balance between the performance evaluation program and the strategic objectives so as to facilitate the assessment of the implementation of the strategic objectives.Most companies do not only use financial indicators for performance evaluation,they also use both financial and non-financial indicators.I analyzed the existing performance evaluation plan considering the business department's own situation,and designed a new performance evaluation plan based on the Balanced Scorecard to improve the current plan.I got information through field visits to understand the existing performance evaluation program of HT Securities Tianjin Sales Department.It is found that there are some problems with the performance evaluation program.For example,It is too much emphasis on financial indicators,performance evaluation is not linked to strategic objectives,indicator weight setting is not scientific,and so on.First of all,I analyzed these problems and found that the design of the Balanced Score card can improve the original performance evaluation program,as well is an effective solution to the existing problems.Then I designed a performance evaluation scheme based on the Balanced Scorecard: At the first,I through the questionnaire survey to understand the purpose of customer needs,secondly,I designed the indicators from the Balanced Scorecard four dimensions based on the results of the survey.Thirdly,I uses the method of AHP expert group decision-making to determine the weight of performance indicators and obtains a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation scheme which is suitable for the business department.Finally,I explain the problems that should be paid attention to when the evaluation scheme is implemented to ensure that the new performance evaluation program can be implemented smoothly.On the basis of literature research,I analyzed the practical application of the Balanced Scorecard in the HT Securities Tianjin branch,solve the problem of the practical application of the Balanced Scorecard through the design of strategic map,the decomposition of the strategic objectives and the design of indicators,provide a more effective performance evaluation plan to the business department,so that the implementation of the strategic objectives of the business department can be guaranteed.
