21st century is the times of knowledge economy, knowledge personnel will become main work force. As a group of personnel who seek acting on their own ideas and individuality and creativity and diversify, the knowledge personnel are important in enterprise performance. It is essential to research on motivation tactics of the knowledge personnel for raising work efficiency , improving management and enhancing the market competivity of enterprise. The paper combines closely theory with practice. It studies the basic motivation tactics of the knowledge personnel based on motivation theory and applies corporation practice. The paper analyses the feature of the knowledge personnel, then draw a conclusion: knowledge personnel need reflecting their own value, seeking challenge, renewing their knowledge, seeking growth, enjoying wide support and having a joyful environment. Based on the analysis of the needs of the knowledge personnel, then it draws a conclusion: the motivation tactics of a company should satisfy the needs of the personnel, so as to make them work hard. Generally speaking,better motivation methods include two aspects: material motivation and non-material motivation. Specially, in material method, the company should give the personnel more wage, carry out the politics of welfare nimbly, protect their property right of the knowledge. In non-material method, the company should give the personnel a joyful environment, carry out flexible work time, pay more attention to the personnel'career growth, educate the personnel more, encourage the personnel participating in policy decision and make the work more difficult. Based on the analysis on the motivation tactics on the knowledge personnel in company Ssp, the paper applied some motivation theory to the company Ssp, and put forward a project that the company must use two methods to improve the efficiency. In material motivation, the company Ssp should improve the politics of performance appraisal, carry out the politics of agile welfare and so on. In non-material motivation, the company Ssp should build up the enterprise culture, supply work motivation,give the personnel more training chance, think about the personnel'career growth.
