In the era of knowledge economy,the competition between the enterprises has already transformed from the competitive material resources into the competitive intelligence resources.As the main body of intellec tual resources,knowledge workers have become the mainstay of modern enterprises.In this way,organization should establish full mechanism to gather and keep knowledge workers,to encourage them to create greater value for the enterprise,which is the enterprise must consider the issue.First of all,this paper presents the research background and significance,gives a summary of the research status domestically and abroad,shows the basic theory of motivation,determines the main research content,and fin ds the research methods.Secondly,it analyzes the incentive situation of the H factory knowledge workers,firstly introduces the basic situation of H factory,then the non-material incentive of knowledge workers for H factory investigation and analysis of current situation through questionnaires and individual interviews.Then,this paper makes the research on the H plant knowledge employee incentive problems,including that the knowledge employee salary system should be redesigned again,and its performance appraisal system should be reconsidered,neglecting the knowledge employee occupation career planning and promotion,enterprise culture conflict,lack of incentive and incentive problems work.And the causes of the problems are described,such as the la ck of scientific,complete and standard salary system,the lack of scientific performance evaluation mechanism,knowledge employee training and development system lack and neglect the enterprise culture and the organizational environment construction,neglect the work and incentive of knowledge employee incentive effect.The fourth chapter puts forward the improvement measures of knowledge worker motivation in H factory.Material incentive is mainly to construct the system of knowledge workers,the basic sa lary performance salary system and implement differentiated self-welfare system of profit sharing;non-material incentive is to construct knowledge employee performance appraisal system,pay attention to employee occupation career planning and promotion,to create more learning opportunities and create a harmonious the organizational environment,enhance work incentives and enterprise culture to culture as the core.The research of this paper can enrich the content of knowledge workers' motivation,expand the application scope of the theory of motivation,and has some theoretical significance.At the same time the research on the H plant motivate work can give some guidance on the development of H plant human resource management,plays a certain role in prom oting the optimization and inspiring work and provides certain practical support for knowledge workers in other enterprises.
