In the post pandemic era,the national economy has undergone rapid recovery and shown a vigorous development trend.In order to adapt to the rapid development of the economy,most enterprises preserve their vitality by recruiting knowledge worker,enabling them to break through the tight encirclement and remain undefeated in fierce competition.Effective employee motivation is an important means of attracting knowledge worder and a core part of enterprise human resource management.How to develop an employee motivation system that meets the requirements of the enterprise is the target of the entire company,including the human resource department.And different enterprises need to do human resource manage based on their own characteristics.Company S is a Sino-Japanese company,which has decades of technical background.It has gathered the outstanding technology of foreign companies and various domestic talents.It has develop a fixed market in the solder paste market from enter the Chinese 20 years ago.However,there are still many drawbacks in human resource management,especially in the motivation of knowledge workers.As a result,the churn rate of knowledge workers in S Company is much higher than that of non knowledge workers.Based on the theoretical knowledge of literature review,questionnaire,interview,and case study methods,analyzes deeply the current situation of material and spiritual motivation in human resource management of S Company,and finds out the main internal problems: unscientific salary structure and unable to effectively motivate.Separation of bonuses from performance,The bonus system cannot motivate employees.Insufficient career planning,inadequate employee training,and limited motivation for employees.Incomplete promotion mechanism and cannot motivate employees.The internal environment of the enterprise is not competitive,reduce employees’ work motivation.Based on the actual situation of S Company and using relevant motivation theories,provides strategies to adjust the salary structure,improve the assessment content,and closely integrate bonuses with the assessment system.Increase training opportunities,enrich training content,and increase employee engagement.Optimize promotion channels,increase trust in Chinese personnel,and enhance employee motivation.strengthen the construction of the corporate environment to improve the motivation system for knowledge workers in S Company.In order to increase their confidence in the enterprise,and provide reference for similar enterprises.
