Study On The Development And Countermeasures Of Urbanization At Banan In Chongqing City

In the background of economic globalization, chinese urbanization attact the high attention and evaluation in the internation. Some foreign speciaTables predicted: urbanization of China and advanced technology of America will be the two hot topics which will inflence humanity society deeply in 21 century. China government work report(2005) also refered to translate superfluity labor in various ways, develop rural second and third industy , propel urbanization steadily and increase job for rural labor. As we all known, urbanization is inflenced by many factors such as economic,policy and so on.Therefore,urbanization can be studied from several aspects, including foreseeing of urbanization, economy development and system assurance. As a matter of fact, the study is helpful for encouraging the development of urbanization. Absolutely, it is meaningful for sustaining and well-balanced development of urbanization. Combined with the project of "urbanization strategy of Banan district research", according to the deep research of current resources and economic situation by our team, based on the other countries'urbanization process, the scheme of Banan urbanization is discribed in this paper from the aspects of economic development target, industry structure and area plan. The countermeasures to realize the targets are also discribed from economic development impulse system and policy assurance system, in which economic development impulse system included agriculture industry,special industy and third industy, policy assurance system included,land system,society assurance system. I hope this research will be really helpful for the development of Banan urbanization.
