Study On The Mechanism Of The Financial Industry To Boost The New Urbanization

New urbanization has become the concern of the community,In recent years,Qingdao City is always adhere to the people-centered principle of philosophy,should vigorously promote new construction of cities and towns,focus on development of the financial industry make it a modern service industry leading industries and the city’s important one of the pillar industries in.Efforts should be made to Qingdao construction in order to become wealth management features for the regional financial center. Financial industry through support urbanization of population transition,urbanization of industry structure,urbanization of space value and urban living environment in such construction, promotion of a new process of urbanization. This article from the urbanization of population transition,urbanization of industry structure,urbanization of space value and urban living environment in such construction, to explore the mechanism of the financial industry support the development of the new type of urbanization. In terms of empirical test, in this paper, through a large number of data collecting and organizing,selecting the new urbanization construction and the financial industry index and model, using ADF stationarity test, cointegration analysis and impulse response analysis, to analyze the relationship between the development of financial industry and the new urbanization, finally it is concluded that the financial industry development can effectively promote the new urbanization construction. Through the analysis of the financial industry to support the new optimal path for the construction of urbanization, consistent with the practical conclusions are drawn. This article through to the Qingdao new urbanization and the comprehensive analysis of the financial industry to support the status quo, put forward the new Qingdao problems existing in the financial industry in the process of the urbanization of support, and then puts forward strong support from the financial industry, policies and Suggestions to promote the new type of urbanization. All in all, taking Qingdao as the sample,through theoretical analysis and empirical test with the combination of methods, probes into the population urbanization in the financial industry, industry of urbanization and urbanization and living environment livable space correlation, especially in the role of the urban ecological environment construction were studied.
