Research On New Urbanization Route With Chinese Characteristics

Urbanization is becoming as a country or region level of economic and social development of comprehensive mark, which is a hot issue in domestic and international academic research. From Dunne’s "relationship of the isolated country between agriculture and national economic" to Howard’s "The tomorrow of Garden city ";from Saint Simon who criticized the relationship between the urban and rural split to Marx who wanted to eliminate the opposition between urban and rural areas and integrated urban with rural to realize comprehensively; from Sling’s organic evacuation theory to Lewis’s binary structure theory, it condensed hard exploration for the will of the urbanization phenomenon.The urbanization course of firstly development economic, then to coordinate the social contradictions and the urbanization course of firstly transfer population, then adjust the structure in early modern industrialized countries and contemporary developing countries induced a lot of negative social effects. To avoid the negative effects of urbanization, at the beginning of this century politicians and scholars began to explore China’s national conditions and promote the healthy development of urban and rural social urbanization, leading to the new road of the urbanization. As a coastal province Zhejiang is the pilot. With continuing exploration of the layout of urban and rural areas, Zhejiang wants to achieve a reasonable convergence of industry and agriculture; optimize the allocation of the regional gap; implement intensive and efficient, green and sustainable urbanization course. It is becoming the Zhejiang model characteristics and the path of urbanization in the country.This paper firstly compared the new type of urbanization with the traditional urbanization, maked the content of the new urbanization clearly. Then the author used the literature analysis method which combined the domestic theories with main foreign urbanization theories model. Thirdly, this paper utilized the comparative analysis to demonstrate the representative process and mode in the early industrialized countries of the urbanization and in the developing countries of urbanization. According to the result of the investigation, analysis of quantitative and qualitative analysis, regulating the analysis and the empirical research, achievements and existing problems of Zhejiang’s urbanization could be explained. Finally, this paper advocated the countermeasures which could further boost the new urbanization development.At present, Zhejiang has entered the late stages of urbanization, the people of farmers, agricultural modernization and other issues is a constraint to develop the new city of Zhejiang Province continued. With the Marxism, this paper focus on solve the issues facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers process of urbanization in Zhejiang province, laying out the rural and urban, intercity and coordinating development of the people and land of harmony with a new type of urban environment friendly way.
