Research On Informalization System Based On The Concept Of Rapid Manufacture Technology

Informed enterprise is the result of increasingly developed global economy. Research and develop a informed managing system in accord with the fact of this enterprise is one of the difficult and important parts. Based on the conditions of the corporation and analysis of the makeup of the whole system, a detailed study is done to the kernel block of work flow, which is one important part of the system. On the basis of the demand analysis and the Object Oriented method, partition of the kernel block of workflow is done and the corresponding sub-blocks are designed. The practice shows that this system not only strictly accords with the daily office-work model, but also highly enjoys automatization and intellectualized process, and multifarious auxiliary office modes, which enables the system to be used flexibly and conveniently. This thesis is composed of the following content: (1) The development and current actuality of informed enterprise and impact on each aspect are introduced, and then the analysis of necessity for an enterprise to be informed. The concept and components of informed system of an enterprise; (2) Both the components of software and hardware of the informed system of Factory 9 of Chongqing Chuanyi Company are analyzed, based on the analysis of the complex inner work flow of the Factory 9 of Chongqing Chuanyi Company, the concept that the kernel driving block of work flow is the kernel content of the informed system of an enterprise; (3) After the analysis of demand, the inner composing and the running principle of work flow is studied. The kernel driving block of work flow is composed of 8 sub-blocks, which are designed with the object oriented method; (4) On the basis of the design of those 8 sub-blocks, 7 auxiliary components are introduced. These auxiliary components consummate and enhance the kernel driving block of work flow; (5) The analysis of benefit resulted from the application of this system in the Factory 9 of Chongqing Chuanyi Company is done.
