Study On Benefit Driving Mechanism Of Enterprise Technical Innovation

At the age of knowledge economy, technology has become the dominant content of enterprise competition. Innovation has become the main source of core competitiveness of enterprises. As we know, a lot of well-known companies rely on their continuous technological innovation to succeed, which fully proved that technological innovation is an important factor to develop for a company. In China, the status of technological innovation in company is not well, for less driving force for this activity.Technology innovation is a kind of to economic activity for the purpose of achieving economic effect. Benefit is the main driving force to enterprise technology innovation and the fundamental driven force which the majority of scholars agree. However, few scholars research from the perspective of research on benefit driven mechanism of enterprise innovation. Therefore, the study of benefit driving mechanism of enterprise technical innovation is of great significance. In this context, I engage to study on the benefit driving mechanism of enterprise technical innovation.Followings are the innovations and research findings:(1)I point out fundamental problem of innovation is lack of driving force for company through data analysis.(2) I analysis the factors which affect the driving force form internal and external of company based on the analysis of the rules of enterprise innovation.(3)I construct a function model for benefit driving force of technological innovation based on expectations theory, which enterprise innovation investment and income protection factor is expected.(4)Based on the model and the factors I analyze in chapter4, I construct the mechanism model and point out the factors affect the four parameters in driving force model direct or indirect proceed to affect the driving force and study on the principles.(5) I analyze the benefit driving mechanism of a company based on the model. The result presents that its innovation activity is well driven by innovation benefit.I hope that my research on benefit driving mechanism of enterprise technology innovation can provide a scientific basis for how to arouse the enthusiasm of enterprise technology innovation and effective reference for carrying out technical innovation to company.
