Driving Forces Analysis Of Land Use Change In Tai Shan County

Study on dynamic land use changes and driving forces is a front and hotpoint problem to land resources management, mainly researched the type variety regulation of land use, natural and community economy driving forces to change land ecosystem. It is the important content of contemporary international geoscience, especially in the research realm of the Earth surface layer system. There is a very important function to strengthen the research of land resource change on the aspects of amount ,space and quality to guarantee the sustainable development of regional economy and make the human existence environment condition to be safety.That the research analysis of area or region,maybe concretely discuss the influence of natural and social economic factors on land use change.In the different scale criterion,we could discover the mutual function relations among different type and structure of land use nature, society and economic factors, which may cause different land use changing process. Therefore, in order to study the land use change all over the world, we should carry out partial or regional example research.The paper has regarded Taishan county where Taishan sit as research area.With GIS technique, combining with natural, social and economical data,regarding the sustainable regional development as the goal, the analysis of the amount variety of the land use change, degree change of land use, the land use diversity and the spatial distribution of land use change in Research area have been carried out. According to this foundation, the driving forces of land use change in Research area has been deeply researched with the correlation analysis method, the principal components analysis method and multi factor line regression method. The research result is as follows:(1)The degree of land use change is in evidence in Taishan county from 1990 to 2005. Of which there are farm land, garden land, forest lad, residential area and urban land for construction. And the reduction part of farm land is the most, the increasing part of urban land for construction is the biggest. Because of it, it brings forward to the higher request for developping layout scientificly and continuablely to gvernment.(2)The influence of the mode of land use in Taishan county on natural sight is always stable. The type of land use is comparatively singleness, the majority of total acreage in research area is land for agriculture, farmland etal.And the diversity of land use type is little change.(3)With analysis of land use degree change in area from 1990 to 2005, it is not well as a whole, on the basis of 400 that it is the highest score of land use degree, land use degree index is no more than 300 which is on less crackajack. But the land use degree shows the trend of a bit rising in Taishan county.(4)The influence of natural factor for a short period on land use change of Taishan county is smallness. On the basis of correlation analysis,main driving force is society ad economic factor. And then the paper takes use of principle component analysis to show that there are two driving factors for affecting to land use change of Taishan county:factor 1 includes total population figure, GDP, GDP per capita, fixed assets investment, economic non-agricultural percentage and income per capita of farmer; factor 2 includies total population figure for agriculture, total foodstuff output and agriculture mechanism power. These factors have higher reference worth to developping layout for government.
