In recent years, with Information Technology's continuous development, the enterprise is going to step up Information Systems, as an advanced management idea and tool, becomes the most important way to improve the enterprise management ability and competence. But, from the effectiveness point of view most of the information system had not achieved its aims. The research content of the thesis primarily is how to improve in Information Systems application by BPR(Business Process Reengineering).Firstly, the thesis introduces the concept, development process, related theories and basic principle of Information Systems. Thereafter, the thesis putting forward that BPR is a contributing factor to the application of Information Systems based on present condition of Information Systems. Then, the thesis bore down on the necessity of BPR during construction and operation of information systems. The thesis put forward the project ofinformation systems developments from the point of view of the fact of information systems in enterprise. Then, this thesis discusses mainly the design procedure and step of information systems take the case of an enterprise. According to the idea of the Value Chain, the thesis "improve" process, by three steps as follows: Business Process Describing (BPD), Business Process Analysis (BPA) and Business Process Betterment (BPB). Finally , Based on the principle of systeme valuation, the structural model of information systeme valuation index system has been proposed. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are reseached. In the end, an information system as an example is evaluate.This thesis puts forward the author's some new viewpoints to resolve the actual problem in enterprise, from the study of the application of information systems . At the same time, the thesis hopes to draw lessons to similar or related business enterprise.
