Research On Virtual Network Operation Theory And Practice

Telecom industry is an industry that impacts the national economy and the people's livelihood. The maturity and development of telecom market have important effects on keeping the economic development and improving the level of people's lives. Today, on the one hand the quantity of telecom consumer is increasing quickly; on the other hand the consumers need better telecom services than before, even the more and more individualized ones. With China's entry into WTO, telecom industry will be open gradually and the telecom policies will be unrestricted. The competition in telecom industry will be more and more furious with the entry of foreign telecom companies and non-state-owned companies. Based on the above facts, the article introduces the foreign theory and method of virtual network operation to improve the current operational situation of telecom operation. On the basis of modern management thoughts and theories, the article uses virtual enterprise, value chain, supply chain, large-scaled economy and cooperation strategies to analyze the background, current situation and trend of virtual network operation. It especially analyzes the operational mode of virtual network operation which includes the following stages: the identification on the market opportunity, the decision of new business solution, the partner's choice, virtual cooperation, the construction of virtual organization, the risk assessment and precaution of the virtual cooperation and profit allocation, etc. Based on above analysis, the author draws a conclusion that virtual network operation is adapted to be developed in China and puts forward the developed tactics. This study has an active leading function for the development of virtual network operation in China. The virtual network operation has promoted the prosperity of the world telecom market and becomes the indispensable part of the future telecom value chain. At the same time, it changes people's way of thinking, promotes the progress of society, and alters people's life style eventually.
