The company M is a vehicle sales business company founded in 2005, it is jointly operated by company A, F and Z. The enrollment capital is a hundred million two thousand and five hundred million RMB, the three groups proportion of subscribed capital is A 4%, F 56%, Z 40%. AS a joint operation sales company which sales M brand vehicles, it will be responsible for M brand vehicles, the vehicles'spare parts, accessories and tools.In marketing theory, M push"chamberlain's heart to heart service", pursue to satisfy clients'requirement comprehensively, face towards to quaternity development of vehicle sales, fittings accommodation, maintain service and marketing scheme, take scientific management, reasonable arrangement, perfect function, uniform visualization as it's target. M will insist"consumer is first"as its marketing theory all the while, carry out"client is God"as its service tenet all-round, and get the maximum confidence as its management basic work, make effort to form a first level sales network and marketing system. Combine F's richness marketing experience internal and C's advanced management platform, it will realize the target of 30 ten thousand vehicle sales quantity successive in aftertime a few years.In just a few years, the company's sell increased quickly, form the 55000 per year first to 10 million units per year in 2009. At the same time, the number of extended from the number of 50 initial to the number of more than 160 current, distributed in 29 provinces nationwide.There is long-range strategy significance in establishment of a company. The task is not only upgrade sales quantity, what is more important, is through upgrade sales quantity and enhance market share, to provide support and guarantee in side of capital, experience, talent, finally realize F's independence product development. Therefore, M's whole marketing and management level will direct effect F's develop.As a vehicle sales company, the M needs to send the vehicles which manufactured by going plant according to requirement and plan to sales and service shop all over the world. There is no actual vehicle depot in M. First, the manufacture and workflow department of F take charge in managing vehicles as a depositary, then the finance department of M make the vehicles into M's fictitious depot and defray the payment, at last, the third workflow company collocate the carrying vehicles reasonably according to M's dispatch plan, send needing type and amount vehicles to sales and service shop all over the world. It is the whole step of vehicle sales work.How to enhance the efficiency and effect better in workflow process is a concerned work in M. There is nothing but send products to sales and service shop timely, M can realize terminal market sell better, thereby, M can realize normal running of business operation effectively. How to harmonize working relationship between the manufacture and workflow department of F Company, the Third Workflow Company and sales and service shop, make the working system running as high efficiency, make sure vehicles sending orderly, become the key point in M's sales plan management work.First of all, according to the specific circumstances of the company M, we start the research with management theory, we explain the complicated theory such as the vehicle sales program management system, the workflow of the supply chain management system, and the supply chain management in a simple way, shows that the management theory can provide directive signification and effective help to our actual work, it is propitious to introduce theory into real work and make effect. Then, we introduce internal and external environment with the basic information of the M's, the location of the company in the market environment, industry development, marketing plan issued, vehicle transportation. And we give the company's result on these fields and the problem of the usage in the system of vehicle sale plan management.In the part of sale plan management system, we proposed a general framework of this system firstly, which included the purpose and principles of system design, design process, etc. following the research of according to the process system designed, including the supply chain theory and management theory. After this part of design, we enter the process of design the system. In this part, we use the way of concluding and comparing to complete the invention of the vehicle sale plan management system.Finally, we analyzed the practical application of the company's system.
