The demand of hotels is on the rise, as China further developes its reformation quickens its pace on economy, raises. People’s continue to improve, gradually speeding up the process of international our country under the condition of hotel industry demand is increasing.H hotel management group is a star chain hotels group as a listed company with international background. The company takes the training as one of its main contents in the development, and sales talents training accounts for more than50%training budget of the company.In this paper, H hotel management group were taken as the object of this study. Firstly, the author introduced and analyzed the current performance of sales training system of H hotels and resorts, and also pointed out its potential problems and reasons, based on theories on management training and classic4P sales&marketing. Secondly, according to the developmental strategies of the H hotel management group, the author provided some suggestions to improve the drawbacks in sales talents training system, including bettering concepts, mechanisms and improving the quality of trainers in sales talents training system, to acquire more profits for the company and to raise working efficiency of sales employees.
