| First, the paper analyzes the conception, characteristics and structure of service culture, and constructs the index system of service culture evolution in power supply enterprise. Then, some methods to confirm weight were introduced, and some comprehensive evolution methods were analyzed, especially, the principle and steps of fuzzy comprehensive evolution approach were detail discussed. Lastly, combining the actual conditions of service cultural construction in the electric company of Baoding, the paper has carried on investigation and research and expert's consultation, and researches the current situation of cultural construction on the electric company of Baoding using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and analyzes the evaluation results in detail, and points out their weak part of service culture construction, make some suggestions and some improved measures for their service cultural construction. |
