Facing keen competition, the power supply enterprise (PSE) urgently needs aset ofcomprehensive crm theory to promote its competitive advantage. At present, althoughsome domestic PSE have implemented some crm theories, all is one-sided. This articlehave come the annotation about the crm theory of PSE from the customer creditevaluation, the value evaluation, the risk assessment as well as the degree of satisfactionestimation of which the analyzing methods are much the same and explained thisanalyzing methods only with the customer credit evaluation. First, this article proposedthe target system according toOn-the-spotinvestigation and Correlatedreferences about crm,and quantified these targets with the mathematical model.Then carried on the credit rankdivision to each target.Finally abtained the final credit rank using comprehensive creditrank classification method.Thus,the PSE can appraises its customer Comprehensively.
