Power Demand-side Management (DSM) is a series of electric power managing activities for achieving good electric power service by low cost. It can enhance the efficiency of terminal power consuming and optimize the power consuming. Lower electric power is demanded to accomplish the same function. As a consequence the energy is saved and the environment is protected. Based on complete investigation, an index system for evaluating the power DSM is established in this thesis, and the part weight and the whole weight of the index system are calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The basic theory of fuzzy-synthesizing evaluating method is introduced, and the feasibility of applying it to power DSM is analyzed. Moreover, the index system is used to evaluate some area and quantitative results are obtained. From the results, it can be seen that the index system proposed in this thesis is scientific and practicable. |
