Finally takes the information technology service outsourcing provider selection of company "Z" as an object for application research.The paper proposes a systematical evaluating indicator system and evaluation method of private enterprises information technology service outsourcing,which is the oretical basis and functional.This evaluation system can not only provides reference information on the selection of the information technology service outsourcing providers for private enterprises,but also helps the service outsourcing providers raise the standard of services and gain a competitive advantage.
