Research On Sustainable Land Use In Helingeer County

With the development of population and construction land, the intensity of land use is enhanced and the contradiction between population and land is increased, in Helingeer County. Besides, Because of the long-term depredated exploitation and use, the land resource is deteriorated seriously and eco-environment is increasingly worsened. So, in this County the research on sustainable land use is essential. The author discusses the basic category of sustainable land use and constructs theoretical foundation for demonstration and policy application. Under the leading of the theories system, the author investigates systematically actuality of land use, in the county. At the same time, potential grades of land resource can be computed by analyzing land exploitation and renovation and reclamation potential in this paper. Further, by using system dynamics software vensim, the author constructs dynamic flow diagram in the land resources utilizing system and realizes policy analysis and dynamic simulating on computer and then gain the optimized program. At last, principle of sustainable land use is proposed. Main research conclusion is as follows: (1) Sustainable use of land resource is defined from ecological and social and economic point. It has three features: ecological persistence, social persistence and economic persistence. (2) Through the investigation of the actuality of land use, the conclusion is as follows: there are many tapes of land utilization; land is effectively used; regional difference of land use is obvious; the natural productive force of land is high. (3) By analyzing land exploitation and reclamation and renovation potential, the result shows that the county will increase farm land 2365.68 hectare by land renovation and 66.16 hectare by land reclamation and 3546.57 hectare by land exploitation. (4) The author constructs the system dynamic simulation model of sustainable land use of Helingeer County by using vensim software. The model comprise of population, cultivated area, forest land, meadow, construction land, and unused land etc. the author devises three kind of projects. (5) A land use allocation plan for the county is proposed, following the principles of sustainable land management.
