Analysis And Practical Application Of Land Consolidation Potential In Yangshuo County

Land consolidation is to improve and adjust the layout of land under certain technological conditions,so as to achieve the balance of land's ecological,business and production in the region.In this thesis,the potential of agricultural land,rural construction land,unused land and reclaimed land in Yangshuo are used as the research targets.The potential of agricultural land renovation and the potential of rural construction land are analyzed by comparing the potential analysis methods.The results show that:(1)Typical investigation method is used get that there are 105 villagers' village committees in Yangshuo County,of which the first level potential area is mainly distributed in 16 villagers committees,such as Renhe,Shun Mei and Fu Wang.The supplemental cultivated land is more than 10 hectares,and 193.40 hectares of cultivated land can be supplemented;the two level potential areas are mainly distributed in Jin Bao,Pu Yi and other villages and towns,involving the village committee 20,the renovation can be supplemented by 5-10 hectares of cultivated land,supplemented by 142.31 hectares of cultivated land;the three level potential areas involves a total of 69 villagers,supplemented by 0-5 hectares of cultivated land,supplemented by 168.06 hectares of cultivated land.(2)The potential of rural construction land is 1902.60 hectares,140.95 hectares of land area,56.47 hectares of new cultivated land,and the potential is mainly distributed in Fuli and Xingping villages and towns.(3)With reference to relevant literature methods,the potential of land reclamation and reclamation is analyzed and evaluated.The results show that there are 12 villagers in Yangshuo County,which can destroy the potential of land reclamation.It can be found that the scale of land reclamation is 16.29 hectares,which can increase the area of 6.6 hectares of cultivated land.(4)The potential is mainly distributed in the town of Putao and the town of Fuli.The development potential of cultivated land resources should be cultivated,and other grasslands which can be developed in Yangshuo county are investigated,analyzed and summarized,and the development and construction zones of various kinds of ecological environmental protection zones and natural reserves are superimposed,it is estimated that the county's suitable farming reserve resources should be developed to 425.75 hectares.The newly added arable land area is231.22 hectares.The suitable cultivated land reserve resources development are mainly distributed in Gaotian,Xingping,Baisha and Jin Bao township.(5)We plan to arrange 8 farming land projects in 2020,5 rural construction land projects,16 unused land and 5 land reclamation projects.The total scale is 25.79 hectares,67.57 hectares,305.6 hectares,and 13.75 hectares.The total investment is 1 million 547 thousand and 400 yuan,8million 108 thousand and 400 yuan,16 million 44 thousand and 300 yuan,515 thousand and 900 yuan.On the basis of the analysis of the principle of land consolidation,the project arrangement is carried out,which is expected to achieve better social,economic and ecological benefits and promote the development of the local economy.
