The Study Of The Development Of Processing Trade In The Chinese Central Region

Then the paper points out that the development of processing trade is in accordance with the comparative advantage theory in the globalization and it is the result of the development of international distribution and intra-industry trade. The paper also analyses how the processing trade operate in the technological gap model and product life cycle theory, and further construct a theoretical platform to study processing trade properly in China.Based on the theoretical platform, the paper analyses how the processing trade develop in China and its characteristics at present, and then tries to disclose the processing trade's industrial and regional evolutional rule.The result of the Chinese processing trade's industrial evolutional rule is that, at the background of the processing trade's global evolutional rule and Multi-national company's global marketing strategies, the change of the development of the processing trade in China will closely keep up with the pace of the world's adjustingthe industrial structure. There is no denying that the Chinese processing trade export will transfer from the traditional products export to the high-technology and high-value added products export, that the processing trade will combine with the Chinese production ability and stimulating the export of the raw material and accessories. With the Chinese enterprise reforming and the management modernization, and at the base of simulating, studying, digesting and creating, more and more enterprises will establish they own research and development system and marketing system.Then the Chinese processing-trade's rule is that, on one hand, the processing trade will further develop in eastern region in China to meet to the need of adjusting industrial structure. On the other hand, processing trade will be transferred from the developed eastern region to the central region. Such rule is a natural economic development process, and it is also the result of the development of processing trade. As a main content of the "central region's take-off" strategy, the central region should grasp the opportunity to develop its processing trade greatly.After analyzing and studying the development tendency of the processing trade in China, the paper compares other countries with our country and eastern region with central region about processing trade, and then disclose the experience of the successful developing processing trade. The paper points out that the central region has advantage of accepting processing trade that will be transferred from other countries or the Chinese eastern region because of its resources, labor, and other aspects.At last, based on the economic analysis and the precedent's practical experience from other countries or from eastern region in China, the paper put forth the policies and measures on processing trade's development and management in the central region in China.
