Central And Western Regions Of Human Resources And Economic Development Coordination

Talent resources are the primary resources, and the economic development needs the support of talents. The lack of coordination of talent resources and economic development is bound to hinder regional economic development, thereby impeding the development of them. Obviously, in order to achieve the sound and rapid development of the regional economy and talent resources, they must be in a harmonious state. Are the central and western regions of talent resources and economic development in a harmonious state? If not, what measures can be adopted to promote greater coordination between them? The answers to these questions can help us find out the common problems related to the talents in the process of economic development of the central and western regions then put forward the measures to speed up the development, providing the strong guarantee for implementation of national and regional economic development and the strategy of strengthening the nation with trained personnel.This study first puts forward a question, the theoretical value of the study and the studying situation at home and abroad, and then introduces the thoughts , methods, and innovation. After introducing the basic theories of talent resources and economic development,the author constructs the dynamic coordination degree model,deviation degree model and NK model according to the relevant theories, and uses these models to judge the coordination situation between the talent resources and economic development in the central and western regions. The analysis shows that the overall coordination of talent resources and economic development in central and western regions is lower than that of the eastern region,and the coordination gap is widening for a nearly decade;talent resources can't meet the needs of the first and second industry development,but the third industry personnel total is relative to saturation. The contributions of talent ability and talent quantity to the economic development are promoting rapidly,but the flow of talent effects are relatively weakening. Finally, the author puts forward several countermeasures based on the problems of the coordination between the talent resources and economic development in the central and western regions.This study has realized the innovation in two aspects: firstly, it combines the central and the western regions as a whole to study the coordination between the talent resources and economic development,breaking through previous limitation which only takes the province, city or county as the research object;secondly,it introduces the fitness landscape theory and NK model to analyze the coordination between the talent resources and economic development in the central and western regions quantitatively, thus realizing the innovation in research methods.
