Nowadays companies are in a changing and technology needed environment globally. Employee training plays the key role to the survival and sustainable development of a company. It makes more and more companies find the importance of employee training and regard it as a necessary human capital investment. By researching how to enhance the company's learning ability through effective employee training, the author redesigns the SH's training system to improve its operational performance.Guided by the human resource training theory, the author probes the current status of SH company on operation, management and its original employee training system. By applying various survey methods and analysis technology, the author designs a new training system program, and deliberately describes the establishing, performing and feeding back of the new employee training system and their importance to company developing.The author collects sufficient information about SH company by various survey methods including questionnaire and talks. Based on the in-depth research of human resource training theory, the author rebuilds the training system of SH company through systematic method. In the process, the author pays more attention to construct a complete training system that includes training organization, training resource management, training process andtraining courses for different employees.In the first part of the paper, the author summarizes the relative training theories, including company training system, training model and knowledge organization to establish the theoretical platform for SH training system rebuilding. Then the author analyzed the operational environment and human resource management status of SH company, and diagnoses its training system. In the third part, combining the company development strategy, human resource needs and the original training practice, the author redesigns the employee training system. Both the architecture of the training system and the training course design for freshman, management employee, technicians and salesmen on various levels are the two most important aspects of this part. The last part of this paper is about the evaluation and feedbacks to the new system. The further works need to be done to improve the system are also summarized in this part.
