With the continuous development of China's market economy,China's insurance industry has also entered a period of comprehensive opening up and rapid development.Domestic insurance companies have continued to increase.Internationally renowned insurance companies have entered the market one after another,and the environment in the insurance market has changed rapidly.As a result,the Chinese insurance industry is facing more challenges in the process of great development.Nowadays,under the serious condition of the homogenization of insurance products,the "competition in human resources" has become the focus of the current insurance industry competition.To strengthen the professional knowledge and comprehensive quality of the insurance company salesman and provide the market competitiveness of the company salesman has become one of the key points for each insurance company to enhance its operating strength and ensure that the company can develop in the long term.All insurance company managers regard the training of sales personnel as the strategic planning goal of the company.At present,although China has formed a set of methods for the education,training,organization,management and supervision of insurance salesmen in the course of its insurance development in the past forty years,This set of methods has played a particularly important role in promoting the healthy growth,rapid development and market expansion of various insurance companies;However,with the continuous expansion of business fields of China's insurance companies,more and more diversified and personalized service targets,customers' requirements for sales personnel are getting higher and higher,and the demand for various types of insurance personnel is constantly expanding.The traditional salesman training system can no longer meet the needs of the talents team for the development of the insurance industry.In the future,whether each insurance company has a foothold in the fierce market competition,or whether it can ensure the company's continuous operation and development,the focus depends on whether it can cultivate high-quality insurance professional personnel.The insurance company's sales personnel entry training as the first training for the sales staff to enter the insurance company,the most important impact on the career of the sales staff.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research and analysis on the induction training of the sales personnel of insurance companies in China,analyze the current situation,find out the existing problems,put forward suggestions for improvement,and promote the improvement of the entry training system for sales personnel,so that insurance companies can better carry out the entry training of sales personnel.To improve the professional quality and comprehensive quality of the insurance company salesman,so that our country's insurance companies can develop at high speed and high quality under the current fierce competition market environment.This paper points out that the training system of DQ Anbang Insurance Company is in the process of organization based on the actual situation of DQ Anbang Insurance Company.On the basis of analysis of the problems in training needs analysis,training effectiveness assessment,teacher management,training curriculum development and training implementation and the guarantee system,some measures to improve the training system for employees of DQ Anbang insurance company were put forward.In order to perfect DQ Anbang insurance company's sales personnel training system,this paper put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference for the analysis and improvement of the training system of the entry-level training of insurance company employees in China.The paper consists of 6 parts,the first part is the introduction part,the background,research significance,and the domestic and foreign research situation of the thesis topics,and on the basis of the introduction of domestic and foreign research results,the research ideas,research content and the methods used in this thesis.The second part is to introduce the relevant concepts and theories,define the training,training system and the concept of induction training.According to the working characteristics and ability characteristics of the insurance company salesman,Schultz human capital theory,Becker training theory,and Kirch model theory are reviewed.The third part mainly expounds the current situation of the company,analyzes the problems existing in the current onboarding training system by issuing questionnaires,and analyzes the problems arising.In the fourth part,on the basis of summing up the problems and causes,the author puts forward the optimal ideas and principles for the improvement of the training system forinsurance company employees,and redesigns the training for employees.Including: clear entry training objectives,induction training curriculum,induction training teacher optimization and training methods,the effectiveness of induction training evaluation and the establishment of a company entry training system.The fifth part mainly provides safeguards for the new induction training system,including: obtaining the attention of the company's management personnel,providing institutional safeguards,establishing a complete system for hiring and evaluating lecturers,and ensuring that the equipment required for training is complete.Development of training courses and teaching materials for enterprise employees,company cultural protection,supervision and management protection.The sixth part is the conclusion,in this part the author will review the previous research issues,and finally come to the conclusion of this paper.Through the optimization of the onboarding training,the professional quality and service consciousness of the insurance company salesman are improved,and the company can stand out in the market competition.
