Employee training is an effective way to build a good team and to improve efficiency. An efficient employee training system can effectively improve the working skills and the overall quality of employee.As a commercial enterprise with a 65 year history, M Corporation has developed a set of employee training system in its course of business, however, M Corporation’s branch company in China, as a multinational company operating in China, encounters more differences in political, economic, cultural and legal systems, which shall definitely be taken into consideration when programs of employee training are set.With the adoption of an empirical analysis method, by conducting questionnaires to the common employee and making interviews with staff of the management level, this paper studies and analyzes the evaluation of the current training system of M Corporation’s branch company in China from 30 employee, and points out its problems and shortages including:(1) the organization of training system is imperfect;(2) the management system of training is not complete; and(3) the training resource management still needs to be strengthened. Through a comprehensive and in-depth analysis, with related training theories domestic and abroad, this paper make several suggestions for the improvement of the employee training strategy of M Corporation’s branch company in China:(1)to appoint specially-assigned staff responsible for training to strengthen the training effectiveness evaluation;(2) to conduct an in-depth analysis of the company’s training need; and(3) to establish the curriculum development mechanism and the system of training instructor appointment.
