Studies On Several Problems Of China's Labor Exports

Since 1960's, with the impetus of the economical globalization, the international specialized division of labor gets further deepening, economic dependence between countries becomes more and more stronger, production factors such as capital, technology, labor force, commodity information, services flows even faster in the world. The world-wide accelerated flow of labor force speed up the formation of the world labor markets, realized the best utilization of each country's labor force and push forward the development of the world economy. It's urgent and of utmost importance for our country to engage in international labor export so as to bring the advantages of our labor force into full play and ease our great employment pressure.This thesis takes statistical and measuremental analysis, historical analysis and archival analysis as study method, tries to make a relatively overall and in-depth study on problems about China's international labor exports by studying and absorbing elements from senior researchers and relevant experiences of other countries. This thesis divides into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of the thesis, includes the background, the significance, the research methods and thinking, the concept of " labor export" , knowledge of theories, as well as the overall present state of China's research on labor exports.The second chapter mainly made an introduction of the recent development about the international labor market.The third chapter studied on the necessity and feasibility of developing international labor export in China. In which, the "necessity" mainly focused on the important factions and positive influences that international labor exert to China; the feasibility" part stressed the conditions and advantages that China carries out international labor exports.The fourth chapter studied on the current state and barriers of China's international labor exports.On the basis of the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter proposed a series of measures and plans aiming at promoting the development of China's international labor exports.
