| The object of this thesis is how to control well inventory of Electronics Manufacturing industry by analyzing all kinds of root causes . Based on lots of society investigation, high inventory problem is caused by many factors such as forecast distortion ,system imperfect ,internal management etc. This thesis brings forward many good methods to decrease high inventory such as introducing JIT, VMI program, making forecast more accurate, optimizing ERP system etc. In general, electronics manufacturing companies can improve current inventory status and increase profit margin by cost down as soon as they take correct and initiative actions. |
