| The object of this thesis is how to control well inventory of Electronics Manufacturing enterprise by analyzing all kinds of root causes. Based on lots of society investigation, high inventory problem is caused by many factors such as forecast distortion, system imperfect, internal management etc. This thesis brings forward many good methods to decrease high inventory such as introducing VMI program, making forecast more accurate, optimizing ERP system etc. The thesis mainly analyzes the impact of purchasing to inventory and make an Inventory optimization-model between manufacture and distributor on random demand. In general electronics manufacturing companies can improve current inventory status and increase profit margin by cost down as soon as they take correct and initiative actions. |
