Shandong Heibao Stock Co., Ltd (now renamed as Dongan Heibao Stock Co, Ltd) had been reconstructed with Harbin Dongan Group in July, 2003, in the case that the market of their products had become smaller day after day since 1998.The meaningful reconstruction introduced advanced administrative theory and trained persons to Heibao, which helped Heibao revive and brought it to the fast developing road.My dissertation regards Dongan Heibao Stock Co., Ltd as an instance. Externally they paid high attention to market exploiting and stuck to the principle that costumer is their god. Internally they made plan oriented by sale and held the customer with service. During the course of performing, they pay attention to coordinate our policy flexibly with the market. So the distributors and sales men are highly motivated by our proper stimulation strategy. Finally the customers' requirements are fulfilled timely and precisely. They used modern administrative method and marketing theory to analyze the main steps and sectors in the process of marketing, and try their best to do market researching and information management, so as to grasp the fluctuation of the market and understand the distributor's willingness. Finally they formulated their marketing policy, which is scientific and rational. Responsively the market share has increased rapidly. They made the first step steadily after the reconstruction.
