This article chooses the DECNEE as the example, uses the management structure, to analyze how the wind power equipment manufacturers, who occupies less market in the competitive market to fix position, apply for flexible marketing policy and extend business chain.By means of the analysis and forecast to the current wind power industry and compared to other wind power equipment manufacturer, to find the advantages and disadvantages of DECNEE. Pay more attention to integration of the pre-consultancy extension, supply and after-sales maintenance, to propose the market position of DECNEE: Depended on DEC, combine external resources, use kinds of methods to develop domestic and overseas market and provide reliable, perfect, wind farm operation service, which regards qualified wind power equipments as the core and unifies equipment supply, project consultancy, wind farm operation maintenance. This article also presents the market segment in the short and medium term. This article also emphasizes the factor which influence the position realization, and the sequence of advantages built and highlight performance characteristic.Thus, in the determination of the marketing strategy, the marketing restructuring plan has been put forward:Empahasizing on cooperation, team construction, system construction, realizing hierarchial level management of customer relationship and incorporating the service system into large marketing system, in order to expand the marketing function, which could better service the profit point. By the mean time, the protection of customer demand and satisfaction feedback have been set to throughout the business link. Based on the "market orientation and corporate status", the paper provides the implementation plan of product development and domestic and foreign market layout.This article combines the auxiliary power supply property, the repeatability of solar energy space distribution, intersection of time distribution and the need of the combination of the power supply and pumped storage to propose the possibility to vertical integration or wind power equipment manufacturer.In the end, it proposes two directions which could be deepened:one is in the group evel, the marketing resources combination in different subsidiaries, the other one is to keep he marketing policy or make some minor change after the second or third echelon enterprises after they become the first class enterprises.
