The Design Of LTP MIS Basis Of Financing Warehouse

With the development of the economic and aggravation of the competition, the mode that logistics enterprises produced and served has changed very greatly, from standardize scale to the individualization, flexibility, from product-oriented mode to service-oriented mode. Small and medium-sized enterprises are playing a more and more important role in the national economic development in our country. However, the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country meet a lot of problems in the course of its development , among them the most outstanding one is surely the difficulty of financing. The logistics expert of our country proposed the theory of financing storehouse aimed to solve the problem of financing existed in some small and medium-sized enterprises of manufacturing industry in 2002. Under such a background this thesis carried on research on the MIS of third-party logistics based on the theory of financing storehouse.The thesis have applied the theory of financing warehouse among the enterprise of third-party logistics, settled the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises while increasing the business functions of third-party logistics enterprises. Combining the modern management theory and adopting information system development approaches and tools , The thesis has finished logic design and some physical design of MIS of third-party logistics based on the theory of financing storehouse .At first, the thesis has reviewed history of third-party logistics and explained the basic characteristic of the financing storehouse and implementation method. And then the trends of the MIS of the network in the world and software project method followed tightly, analyzed the business demands of third-party logistics enterprises and management demand, adopted the latest software modeling technology -Unify the modeling language (UML ) and soft project method. At last example design , interface design and software system structural design has been finished.The design of the MIS of the third-party logistics has higher commercial value to popularize on the basis of the financing warehouse.
