As a small and medium-sized business,HD logistics company are faced with increasingly huge challenge and pressure in such a fierce market.In a logistics market that changed dramatically,HD logistics company is aiming at less-than-truck-load logistics market as its direction of development,but some problems occurred that needs solving.This paper integrates practice and theory,studying the HD company in terms of market optimization following the train of thought of raising problems,analyzing problems,solving problems.Firstly,the paper elaborates on relevant theories and studies on logistics and market strategies,then it analyzes the internal and external environment facing the company and its major competitors.After that,the paper analyzes the implementation of HD company's market strategies and existing problems.At last,combined with HD company's characteristics,the paper puts forward a new optimized proposal and improvement measures on HD's marketing strategies,so that it can help to deal with the issue existing in HD logistics company's marketing strategies,to improve the feasibility and effectiveness of HD company's marketing strategies,to increase the efficiency of implementing its marketing strategies,and to promote competitive power of company in the market.HD logistics company plays a representative role in China's multiple small and mediumsized businesses,and the problems of implementing strategies in less-than-truck-load market is representative as well.After the paper's study of problems existing in HD logistics company's marketing strategies and solutions to the issue,the parallel companies can take it as an instructive and referential model.The innovation of this paper lies in the systematic study of measures taken by HD Logistics Company when entering less-than-carload market.After analyzing the problems it faces and integrating the successful domestic and foreign cases,this paper will put forward optimal proposals and execution measures.
