The corporation becomes more and more complex with the global competition and the cost pressure, and brought more and more request to the production management and the technology. To remain invincible position and get better and better, they are no way but to adapt to the environment with the advanced production mode and the organization reform continuously. The thesis focuses on the organization transformation under the advanced production mode. At first, it analyzes the main idea, characteristic and the action method of the advanced production mode, brief introduce the effect to the management by promoting quality level and decreasing cost. Then according to the practice of Qingdao Tyco AMP, the thesis deals with the adopting production modes in the factual production and the organization transformation to improve the efficiency and the quality. The third, it expatiates on the QCC team action in the process of the production with the example of reduction the scrap of the production item North Wood3H. Last, it deals with the action method to reduce the scrap rate and the scrap amount in detail, the example of reduction the scrap rate and the rejected rate are explained by 5W3H analysis method. From all of the above we get the result as follows:Firstly, the Lean Production mode emphasizes on erasing all of the invalid work and any waste, and sets up the target to get zero defects, low cost, high efficiency and others. In the production, the production mode incarnates as the following: a. it emphasizes on importance of human resource, regards the wisdom of employee as a part of the company' s wealth and as a motivity of development. It exhibits mainly on respecting each other, cooperation together, attending more and more training, b. it emphasizes on never satisfying and pursuing zero defects and zero target, avoiding all of the invalid work and any waste, to pursueidealization target, agility and on time. c. it emphasizes on harmonious in internal and external environment of firm, and regard the customer as our god sincerely to meet their demands, in order to achieve a harmonious status among the objectives, internal and external environment of enterprise.Secondly, through the research of the production mode and organization transformation in Qingdao Tyco AMP company, the thesis presents series organization transformation under the advanced production mode in Qingdao Tyco AMP, such as the Team Work Method, 6S action, 4M changing, Continuous Improving Plan, QCC etc..Thirdly, it is indicated by the instance: The QCC action brings all of the employee into the production improvement, and everyone attend to the production improvement with their best efforts, and try to get the zero target. In the actual, QCC get the great effect such as reduce the cost and improve the efficiency greatly.Fourthly, FMS and Agile Manufacturing Systems make firms to adapt the environment by changing passive into initiative behavior. The principle and the method play an important role in organization transformation.Fifthly, it is indicated and validated by the instance. Implementing the advanced production mode in the process of stamping procedures, it not only make a great improvement to the stamping production and reducing cost but also make a great effect to the whole production, speeding the efficiency improvement to the next and other related procedures. At same time, it makes a great active effect to the production progress in the future.
