Study On The Optimum Selection Of Agricultural Industrialization

At present, with the development of undertaking of agricultural industrialization of our country, its social benefit, economic benefits and ecological benefits have been approved extensively by various circles of the society. Reality indicates , developing the managing of agricultural industrialization, is good for realizing the connection of small-scale production with large market, reducing the market fluctuations of agricultural products, increase peasant's income steadily; good for breaking the rupture between different departments, realizing the specialization and appropriate scale of operation of agriculture, promoting the transformation of agriculture from tradition to modernization; good for elongating the roller chain of the agricultural industry , increasing the added value of agriculture effectively, improving the whole quality and benefit of agriculture; and have guaranteed agriculture's enlarging , increasing peasants' income , steady countryside.Since the project of agricultural industrialization acts as a carrier of the development of agricultural industrialization, high-efficient optimum seeking method with science and equity can increase the efficiency of decision ; guarantee agriculture invests in the correct trend of purchasing of the fund; improve the validity of industry's resource distribution and investment benefit; foster and strengthen the management mainstay of agricultural industrialization. Besides, by selecting decision, it can dispose resources rationally , adjust the agricultural structure, improve the scale merit of agricultural production , improve the market competitive power of agricultural products , stimulate the passion of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization or agriculture professional cooperation organizer further.The purpose of this article is optimum seeking decision of the agricultural industrialization project .Begin with probing into and stating about the concept of the agricultural industrialization project, it analyse the characteristic of the agriculturalindustrialization project, and put forward a standard that the agricultural industrialization project be classified with different investment subjects and different type of investment.We selected 10 agricultural industrialization project which belong to one type of the application of Chengdu in 2005 as the research object. The optimum seeking evaluation index system which is suitable for this type of agricultural industrialization project was introduced. All the agricultural industrialization projects was sequenced by AHP-Fuzzy. The priority of projects in same type had been decided. The results of sequencing were compared and analysed in the same time in order to offer reference for policymakers. Based on these, the article proposed 4 countermeasure and suggestion in the project optimum seeking decision of agricultural industrialization. It is hoped that this article offer some guidance in theory to the real work.
