With the fast growth of economy in China,the industry enterprises are acting a more and more important role in our national economy system.The industry enterprises cycle often reflect the cycle of national economy.However,some serious problems have appeared while they developed themselves constantly.For example industry enterprises change of cycle is not in conformity with ascendant trend steadily of macroeconomy of our country.So it is very importmant to creat a prosperity-index to reflect the cycle of industry enterprises.For this purpose to offer decision for government, investor and manager of enterprise,I try to make a deeper search on it.The full paper include three parts:Chapter one:About the context in industry enterprise cycle index.
