Compensation Management is an emphasis of Human Resources Management in an enterprise, and Compensation System Design is the basis of Compensation Management. Compensation is always a sensitive topic, it concerns with the benefits of all the employees, and it also affects the operation efficiency in an enterprise. Therefore, how to design a Compensation System scientifically and normally, and make an enterprise exist and develop in a changeable environment is very important. Salesmen are valuable resources of corporations. Corporations will try every means to design a fair performance management system to motivate their enthusiasm and innovation spirits to achieve their goals and cultivate salesmen better performance. I started from the related theories about Compensation Design, diagnose and analysis the present compensation conditions of the salesmen in DK Company, and then redesigned the Compensation System of the salesmen in DK Company. This dissertation is a very good try which combines what I have learned to the real practice. I hope through the paper, I can provide some useful ideas for the types of companies just like DK Company on how to design a Compensation System of the salesmen. In this design, I apply what I have learned to the objective company in the first time. The design plan is scientific, and it solves the urgent problems of the salesmen Compensation Management in DK Company. Time is limitted, I think there are still some disadvantages. In the future work, I will keep on improving my abilities and make my work perfectly. The dissertation contains of five sections: the first section introduces background for selecting subjects,study meaning and general frame and method of this dissertation; the second section introduces the basic theories about Compensation Design;the third section detailed analysis and evaluate the present Compensation System of the salesmen in DK Company;the fourth section is redesigned the Compensation System of the salesmen in DK Company;and the last section is a summary.
