Network promotion,that is,establish websites,promotes a company's products or services to internet users,through a variety of channels.It has inherent advantages compared with the traditional promotion methods,such as quick response,broad coverage of the audience,continuous promotion of products for 24 hours a day,and interactive communication.As the largest Chinese online marketing platform,Company B was founded in 2000.Based on its own huge traffic,to promote online advertising is the main profit model for Company B,covering 95%of Chinese Internet users,more than 200 million daily visit,covering the whole country quickly.Now Company B developed into a huge Internet empire with 4,000 top-level talents.Including administrator,technical R&D personnel,product designer,marketing,sales,supporting.For easier management,Company B is divided into three major systems:R&D,Key Account and direct sales.The three systems operate independently.However,with the high efficiency,it also makes each system only focus on its own KPI,which will damage to the whole company and staffs.This article starts with researching the causes of talents turnover.By analyzing the company's compensation system.For better improvement,a large number of data are collected through questionnaires,interviews.Based on the above,strategies and methods for solving problems are proposed.The purpose of this paper is to improve the human resources management system and compensation system in order to remain and attract talent.In addition,it can also provide reference other internet or sales companies.
