Designing And Study The Divisional System In Chongqing YUAN Group

The studying object of organization structure theory is the form of each element's interaction within the organization. The companies in China are faced with the global strategies when they stride forward the modern corporation system, and the traditional manage mode is faced with new challenge. As P. F. Drucker said, The two traditional organization structures which had been considered to the organization principles for many years is that Type U based on function structure by Henry Farrell and Type M based on united divisional system by Alfred Sloan. Divisional System is an innovational organization mode in process of company's enlarging, and its background is an organization design to resolve the restrict resulted from enlarged scale and variegated management. Divisional system is widely used in all kinds of companies all over the world and effective, but has many problems. YUAN Group, as one of the 66 important economic growth corporations, its products involved four series of absorber, motorcycle and auto. Auto engine The problem crying for solution is how to develop the single product manufacturing to the variegated correlative products. This paper analyzed the organization status and its problems in YUAN Group, and studied the core of its divisional system's design in order to explore a divisional system mode to realize its products diversification. The studying is from the point of view of YUAN group to design divisional organizational structure and how to run it. As for each divisional interior organizational structure and operation were not papers emphases.On the other hand, the analysis of the corporation'background and the solution should provide a beneficial reference to operate the divisional system for such corporations as A group.
