The basic form and the basic medium of the enterprise existence is organization, organizational change in essence is the process to optimize structure and improve the organizational function aiming at improving organizational efficiency. With the expansion of enterprise scale and the transformation of enterprise philosophy, the organizational structure that does not match the rapid enterprise development has become a bottleneck for enterprise development. How to optimize the organizational structure, how to choose the appropriate form of organizational structure and how to improve organizational efficiency and to make the organizational structure adapt to the rapid development of G’s development, has become an urgent realistic problem.The paper proposes organization strategy in rapid-growth period through studying the require of organizational structure in different life cycle stages. The paper investigates the organization structure of G’s division system, combs G’s existing organizational structure problems and analyses the internal and external environmental factors in G’s rapid-growth period, it also clearly shows the necessity of optimizing the organizational structure of G. This paper presents an organizational structure optimization scheme of super divisional system, reorganizes multiple related divisional organization and redesigns the organizational structure of the divisional organization, functions and organization business process. On the theoretical basis of organizational structure and lifecycle of enterprise, the scheme combines with G’s internal and external conditions in the rapid-growth period, mainly discusses organization problem and organizational strategy of IT enterprise in the rapid-growth period and fundamentally solves the low organizational inefficiencies in G rapid-growth period existing in the divisional organization. The paper also clears the implementation steps of organizational structure optimization program and proposes measures to optimize the effect. This organizational structure model is the new trend in the development of modern organizational structure,which has a certain reference for the large-scale enterprise with a wide range of products and services.
