The Research On Organization Structure Optimization Of Rapid Growth Enterprise

The basic form and the basic medium of the enterprise existence is organization, organizational change in essence is the process to optimize structure and improve the organizational function aiming at improving organizational efficiency. On the theoretical basis of organizational structure and lifecycle of enterprise, the scheme combines with G’s internal and external conditions in the rapid-growth period, mainly discusses organization problem and organizational strategy of IT enterprise in the rapid-growth period and fundamentally solves the low organizational inefficiencies in G rapid-growth period existing in the divisional organization. The paper also clears the implementation steps of organizational structure optimization program and proposes measures to optimize the effect. This organizational structure model is the new trend in the development of modern organizational structure,which has a certain reference for the large-scale enterprise with a wide range of products and services.
