Based on the organizational structure, organizational change and divisional system theory, the study discusses the authors in the enterprise China National Erzhong Group Company(hereinafter referred to as Erzhong Group) ongoing organization reform, using the related organization theory and research methods at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of the heavy equipment manufacturing industry, analyzes the status of the original organization structure, emphatically discusses the divisional system reform plan design and implementation, and puts forward the concrete scheme of improvement combined effect.In the first place, the thesis gives a general introduction to the research background, research significance, the literature review, research methods and the main content of research.In the literature review, this paper introduces the dynamic system of organizational change and business research.In the second chapter, the thesis introduces the principle, process and method to design organizational structure, and summarizes the influencing factors of organizational change. Then this paper introduces the reason and trend of organizational change and change steps. Finally, the main features and the applicable conditions of the divisional organization are introduced.During the third part, Background and motivation of the reform of the Erzhong Group division system. The structure of the Erzhong group is analyzed and the demand for reform is put forward. Firstly, the paper describes the status quo of the enterprise, and analyzes the characteristics of the enterprise organization,and where after analyzes the organization structure and function, diagnose the organization structure of the existing problems, the inherent disadvantages of functional organization structure, business process management is not perfect, incentive evaluation system is not sound and new product growth is slow.Finally put forward the demand of the organizational change.In the forth chapter, this part as the main research contents of the paper,respectively from the design idea of double group restructuring, enterprise organization function and framework design, and the design of the control system and so on has carried on the deeper research.In the fifth chapter, according to the Erzhong Group of divisional system reform effect, this part explore the successful experience of restructuring and outlook of future needs improvement plan.
