After going into WTO, with the deadline of all-around opening for foreign capital to enter Chinese petrochemistry industry coming, the competition in this area will be more and more drastic. So it is very necessary to study growing strategy of Chinese petrochemistry enterprises for their survival and growth. And it also has practical significance to Dushanzi Petrochemistry Company to become larger and stronger.Some basic theories such as Corporation growth and Integration are explained in the first place, then based on the present conditions of Dushanzi Petrochemistry Company (DPC), growth pattern that is suitable for its resources, capabilities and outer circumstance is studied. Used with systemic and demonstrative method, the choice of growth strategy for DPC is analyzed. Using "Brainstorming", "Delphi" and "Environmental Threat and Opportunity Profile", the effects of environment are determined. Combining with resources and capabilities, the forward integration strategy is chosen. The industrial competition is studied by Poter's "Five Forces Model". Along with all these methods used and systemic analysis, the growth orientation and industry to enter are gradually come to a conclusion. The effect of implementation is evaluated by technological and economic indexes. So the full-scale forward integration is put forward.Although the specific features of DPC are studied, the conclusion can alsobe used in other similar enterprises.
