Research On The Development Strategy Of Yiheng Cultivation Cooperative In Zhungeer Banner

At present,China's pig breeding industry is in transition development period.The scale of rural retail pig breeding is gradually shrinking,and large-scale pig breeding is expanding rapidly,The pattern of pig breeding industry is changing.At the same time,with the implementation of the New Environmental Protection Law,some large pig farming enterprises in the South have begun to transfer to the three provinces of Northeast China and Inner Mongolia,adjustment of the layout of pig breeding in China have begun.Taking the development strategy of Zhungeer banner Yiheng planting and cultivation specilized cooperatives as the research subject,this paper researches how rural small and medium-sized pig breeding enterprise survival and develop in Midwest area of Inner Mongolia when they are facing internal and external attack from the local high quality pork and nonlocal low-cost pork.Firstly,this paper elaborates the development status of pig breeding industry in developed countries in Europe and America,compares and analyzes the development gap of pig breeding industry at home and abroad.Using PEST?SWOT and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model system analysis tool,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Zhungeer banner Yiheng planting and cultivation specilized cooperatives,then deduces a new development strategy for Zhungeer banner Yiheng planting and cultivation specilized cooperatives,that is horizontal integration strategy.Secondly,basing on overall cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy of Michael porter's competitive strategy theory as the theoretical basis,this paper puts forward for Zhungeer banner Yiheng planting and cultivation specilized cooperatives new competitive strategic that cost leadership strategy will be implemented to achieve cost advantage by large-scale production,and differentiation strategy for porker breeding will be implemented to improve the quality of pork and build a green brand pork by a new model of ecological health cultivation.Lastly,this paper formulates the corresponding safeguard measures for implementation of the strategy.The study of this paper has strategic guiding significance for the development of Zhungeer banner Yiheng planting and cultivation specilized cooperatives.
